We understand that sometimes a product may not fit perfectly, the color might look different in person, or you may simply change your mind. That is why we have created a straightforward and fair Returns Policy. Please read this entire policy before initiating a return to ensure your eligibility and a smooth process.

Your happiness with your Beachy Styles purchase is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. However, because fit and personal preference play such a large role in swimwear and resort wear, we offer reasonable returns on most items. We believe that shopping online should be as risk-free as possible, and our returns policy reflects that commitment.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your Beachy Styles item must meet all of the following conditions:
First, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains, odors, or damage. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including deodorant marks, makeup stains, sunscreen residue, or pet hair. Second, all original tags and labels must still be attached to the garment. Do not remove the hygiene liner from swimwear bottoms or one-piece suits. If the hygiene liner is missing, torn, or detached, the item will not be eligible for return. Third, the return must be initiated within the specified number of days from the date you received your delivery. This timeframe is clearly stated on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email. Fourth, only items purchased directly from beachystyles.com may be returned to us. Beachy Styles products bought from other retailers must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These final sale items include, but are not limited to, the following: any swimwear bottoms or one-piece suits that have had the hygiene liner removed; underwear and lingerie; face masks; jewelry (including earrings) for piercing purposes; gift cards; and any items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Flash Sale” on their product page. Additionally, limited-edition collaborations, seasonal holiday collections, and items discounted beyond a certain percentage may also be designated as non-returnable. Please check the product page carefully before adding these items to your cart.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please log into your account on beachystyles.com. Navigate to your order history and locate the specific order containing the Beachy Styles item you wish to return. Select the item(s) and indicate the reason for your return from the dropdown menu. You will then be prompted to print a return label. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, making sure the barcode is clearly visible and not covered by tape. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt or tracking confirmation when you drop off your return. Keep this receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Return Condition Inspection

Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is approved, you may choose between two options: a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future use on beachystyles.com. Refunds are typically issued within several business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Some financial institutions may take additional business days to post the credit to your statement. Store credit, on the other hand, is usually issued faster, often within one business day of return approval. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase at beachystyles.com, including new arrivals from the Beachy Styles collection.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund. Partial refunds may apply when an item is returned in a condition that does not fully meet our policy but is still resalable to some extent. For example, if a Beachy Styles cover-up is returned with a small, removable stain that we can clean, we may deduct a cleaning fee from your refund. If only one item from a multi-item bundle is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect item, a defective Beachy Styles product, or an item that was damaged during transit, please do not follow the standard return process. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color of a Beachy Styles item, please initiate a return for the original item following the policy above. This ensures that you receive the correct size or color as quickly as possible without waiting for inventory to cycle back through our returns department.
Return of Gift Purchases
If you received a Beachy Styles item as a gift from someone who purchased it at beachystyles.com, you may return it for store credit. The store credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method unless you have a gift receipt. With a valid gift receipt, you may receive store credit in your own name. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have returned a Beachy Styles item and your refund has not appeared after the expected number of business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company.
